So, Canada Day has come and gone, lazy days at the cabin are just about to come to an end and we are just about to get back into the car for home. To the brand new slightly golden grass we had put into our back yard last week. Yes, I know it should be green, but . . .
Spent alternative parts of the weekend watching the riders lose their opener in the new stadium (on TV), reading Science fiction (Mike Shepherd/Moscoe & Brian Herbert), walking the dog or listening to the repertoire we will take on tour in a few short days.
Liked the recordings from Conspirare, especially Unclouded Day and the Path of Miracles. Good memories from both of those pieces. A little bit of a dreary day yesterday followed by pretty nice sunny day today. Just getting us ready for Sunny Edinburgh.
Really looking forward to meeting up with Old friends and vacationing for a while.
